Body weight: Your current body weight.
Current Serum: Your current Vitamin D level, measured with a blood test (estimates, results of online tests etc. should be used with caution!) Attention: Values in nmol/l must first be converted to ng/ml.
Desired Serum Level: The Vitamin D level you want to reach. There are good normal values between 30-60 ng/ml and high normal values at 60-90 ng/ml. There are different approaches and sources, which are explained in more detail below.
Days to refill: The number of days you want to replenish your Vitamin D reserves.
